- We provide **18 months warranty** starting from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, spare parts caused by manufacturing defects will be supplied for free. This warranty excludes damage from improper installation, overload, man-made destruction or force majeure. We offer lifetime online technical support after warranty expires.
- Can we customize the elevator cabin, such as mirror stainless steel cabin?
- Yes. Customization is available for both passenger elevator and villa home lift. Mirror stainless steel cabin, different color panels, handrails, ceiling, door style and dimensions can be customized based on your project requirements.
- What certificates can you provide for customs clearance?
- We supply CE, ISO9001 certificate, original factory test report, packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin. We can prepare documents to meet the customs requirements of Bangladesh, Middle East, Africa and EAEU markets.
- What information do you need to quote for passenger elevator or small home lift?
- Please provide: floors & stops, shaft width and depth, pit depth, overhead height, load capacity, voltage and cabin style. We will send construction drawing and quotation promptly after receiving these details.
